With over 7 years of experience in the academic service industry, I’m prepared and thrilled to help fulfill the needs of libraries. Before I joined Gale in 2018, I served as a senior librarian in the Shanghai Library for 5 years, cooperating well with universities, institutions, and publishers in the academic market and database business. When I came to Gale, it provided more opportunities for me to give my sincere help and support to different customers in K12 schools, universities, public libraries, and other research organizations. Because of my experiences in both public institutions and foreign publishers, I understand well what librarians are concerned about and how to provide the best support. I can help the librarians with better solutions to problems, such as how to balance needs and budgets, find the right resources for research, and invite users to our professional and powerful training. It is my primary mission to provide the libraries and their users with the best support and to help them achieve greater success. I’m responsible for key clients in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong, including Peking University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, East China Normal University, Sun Yat-sen University among others. I joined Gale in October 2010 and have been in the industry for more than 13 years, always providing professional services and relevant solutions for customers.

I am mainly responsible for Universities, research institutes and public libraries in Hunan, Xinjiang, Sichuane, Chongqing, Yunnan, and Guizhou. I’ve been working in the academic service industry for three years. 高帆，培训师，渤海大学世界史硕士、湖南衡阳师范英语学士，曾任新东方优能历史教师，2016年加入Gale。在全国高校、公共图书馆、科研机构主讲100多场讲座，包括Gale各类数据库、Gale Scholar、图书馆资源建设工具、数字人文研究等内容，为客户和销售团队提供学术支持。
I was a history teacher in New Oriental Education, before I joined Gale in 2016. I’ve conducted over 100 training sessions and presentations to universities, public libraries and research institutions across China since then. My training sessions include Gale databases, Library resources and tools, text analysis and Digital Humanities research, providing academic support to customers and sales teams.

I used to be a lecturer in universities, teaching Finance, Logistics and operations with a master’s degree from Cardiff University. I joined Gale in 2019, and I focus on database training and research, developing services such as Information management tools, library resource development projects, data mining, text analysis and other training programmes.
